No Refunds Policy

All payments made to SaaSBarter are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to product listing fees, subscription fees, and any other charges.

1. Listing Fees

The one-time $5 listing fee is non-refundable. Once you submit a product and payment is processed, the fee cannot be refunded, regardless of whether your product is approved, rejected, or removed from the platform.

2. Why No Refunds?

Our listing fee covers the cost of processing your submission, providing you with a permanent do-follow backlink, and lifetime access to our platform. These benefits are provided immediately upon payment, regardless of your product's status.

3. Service Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing excellent service. If you experience any issues with your listing or account, please contact us at support@saasbarter.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your case and may provide account credits or other resolutions at our discretion, but cash refunds are not available.

5. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time, but this will not result in a refund of any previously paid fees. Your listing will remain on the platform unless you specifically request its removal.
