By accessing and using SaaSBarter, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use SaaSBarter for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Product Listings
When listing a product, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for the content of your listing and any claims made about your product or service.
5. Trading Terms
All trades are agreements between users. SaaSBarter facilitates connections but is not a party to any trade agreement. Users are responsible for negotiating and fulfilling their own trade terms.
6. Payment Terms
Listing fees are non-refundable. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting a product, you agree to pay the one-time $5 listing fee.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Spam or harass other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Use automated systems to access the platform
8. Limitation of Liability
SaaSBarter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
